Street Stories
We believe that people are the best source of information to learn about a place. We meet and engage with local people for every site we work on, from the occasional visitor to the long-standing resident.
This is why The Streey Society invented the "Street Stories" methodology, under the following format(s) :
- sound recorded interviews ("Street Stories podcast") ;
- street photo series with a professional photographer.
The results are an inspiring collection of ideas, suggestions, wishes about the site or its neighborhood, which can help build the project's program (choice of activities and uses) and be featured in presentation documents. People met during the Street Stories session can also be involved during the next stages of the project.
